It's a Otlicknick of Social competiotion.
On top is MZTP - don't know how that translates. Most likely the suspension & ribbon is not original to this medal. Rusty.

IMHO, the cold enamel suggests that this was a pin/jetton of late production from 70s-80's and it was on a steel suspension...

I've no idea why but the suspension/ribbon reminded me of a Bulgarian Medal I wonder what it's from. Eddie.
