Screwplate recognition

Hi all,
does anyone recognise the firm designation on this screwplate please?

Well its on an early style Pilot wings which could be Soviet or Czech, might not be the original screw plate.
I have seen the usual Soviet plates and Hungarian with Zukov but not this one.

Although it did look post-Soviet to me it turns out they were made in Czecho-Slovakia in 1957.

This means that if it is an original screw plate to the badge it's the Czech version of the soviet style pilot wings.
