Wearing awards
A very general question:
How were Bulgarian awards worn? Photographs would be interesting to see if anyone has any. I'm especially interested because I've never seen the multiple-suspension set up that Soviet awards often use. A related question - would awards be overlapped on the uniform so as to give an impression of a multi-suspension? Thanks! :thumbsup Alex Last edited by RedMaestro2; 03-27-2012 at 10:49 AM. |

Here's HSL Kabakchiev (The one in my collection) wearing his awards before he got the HSL.
http://soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...tml#post151099 Here's a bar.... not "awarded" but how it should look if it were "real" http://soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...der-group.html The "big bars" were rather the exception rather than the rule as they were usually only needed for high ranking actively servicing officers of the forces. Not everyone was issued them.... just like Soviet veterans.. This chap could have used a little bit of guidance.
