So I resided to get, RS 202029 researched, cos it's not only nice, worn award but also with damage enamel. I thought it might have an interesting story. Sorry I'll translated it later. But it turns that I also have another award for same person OPW2 with damage enamel as well. I guess he just like to wear those. Anyway here we go.

OK, sorry for my English. Presumably if I spend couple of more hours It would look better, but for now. feel free to criticise of fix my English :o

In fights have shown selflessness and bravery. During the operation in 1.1.43 for aggregation M. (Malaya) ?) Kachalino oblast of Rostov. Cmr. Kamuz was in commanding to machineguns platoon.
Night from 31.12.42-1.1.43 (happy new year):). The battalion came closer to enemy’s flank. Cmrd Kamuz brought his platoon to enemy’s front line for 100 meters. By sadden fire make the panic in enemies camp. Enemy start to back up, covered by mortal fire and armoured car machineguns.
One machinegun of cmr. Kamuz was destroyed , the second one stack and the whole group was killed. Than cmr Kamuz took the machinegun rolled it to open position and start to fire to enemies and didn’t give chance to armoured car to came close to our array.
In the battle cmr. Kamuz fired (destroyed) one of enemies armoured car, cowered our forces move ahead by fire. During the battle was badly wounded.
For the courage and initiative shown in battle, senior lieutenant deserve to be awarded by state award.

I believe that the last award is OPW1-252992. What you indicated to be a '3' is IMO the Russian letter 'з' and is the prefix for the army unit (в/ч).

Actually, it is the first digit of the number of the temporary award certificate (временное удостоверение, в/у), which is З(Z)-541152.
