Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
Comrade Olga Ivanovna Borodulina has worked as a bandaging nurse since the hospital’s formation in 1941.
Before the war she worked as a medic, then became a nurse after graduating her classes. She approaches her work in an exceptionally conscientious manner. Never complaining, she overcomes her temporary difficulties and works as a bandaging nurse, displaying great care for her wounded and sick charges from the Lvov and Cracow operations. Caring for the seriously wounded she has done blood transfusions. Through her love and concern for the wounded, she was earned many good citations and letters of appreciation from the Command, thus this request to the Command for a State award.
Conclusion: She is deserving of the Combat Service Medal.
