Colliery Service Honour Order.
Here is the Colliery Service Honour Order (석탄광업복무영예훈장). The Order was founded 3rd September 1973 in three classes. The design features a miner with a pneumatic drill in front of heaps of coal. The first type is constructed from plated copper and the second type is plated aluminium.
This is the Colliery Service Honour Order 1st Class Type 1.

And the 2nd Type. The suspension has been "borrowed" from the Soviet Jubilee Medal "70 Years Of The Armed Forces Of The U.S.S.R." although this is how this Order came "out of Korea".
