Badge "Exemplary Electricity Worker".

Here is the Badge "Exemplary Electricity Worker Of The Democratic People's Republic Of Korea" (조선민주주의인민공화국전력모범일꾼). An early award for electricity production. Although this has seen some abuse the black enamel is my favourite.
