Good piece but never awarded.This one is from stock came in 90es from IKOM mint or Belgrade orders office.

Found this from a street vender in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Wouldn't it be interesting if it belonged to Hailie Selassie

Don´t know. It´s very different compared to other specimens I´ve seen, especially the flag enamels.

Is it a fake then? I thought it might be an older version since it does not contain gilt on the outer rays...
