Friends, I have this badge Osoaviaxim, height 24mm, width 20 mm.
You think is good?
If so, what is its period?

ABOUT EMBLEM
MATERIAL
Type I - bronze, enamel, solid.
Type II - bronze, enamel, solid. *
Type III - steel, enamel, solid.
Fastening - pin.
SIZE
Type I - height 23mm, width 20 mm.
Type II - height 24mm, width 20 mm. *
Type III - height 19mm, width 16mm.

I have kind of a bad feeling with that one. The metal looks a little sandy and the reverse does not show real wear. What do you think?

Here is a screwback type Osoaviaxim badge with the same screwplate. I also saw this screwplate on the little woronshilow badges.

Maybe screwplate is changed, at least it is from the same time periond.

But better pictures (from the plane) are always helpful.

Re: the suspended badges - I've seen quite a few of these popping up on ebay recently. Either somebody's invented the time machine or the Baltic Mint's back to their funny business. IMHO
