Here is the Badge Of Distinction "Submariner-Hydronaut" (Знак Отличия «Подводник-Гидронавт»). Founded by Order #595 of 9th October 2015.

This award has had unofficial/fantasy pieces circulating for years and fakes of this official award are already far more common than the legitimate pieces. This real example wasn't easy or cheap to come by but it isn't likely to be awarded widely.

The above unissued real example has the incorrect ribbon - it has accidentally been given the fairly similar ribbon of the Commemorative Badge "100 Years Of Anti-Aircraft Defence" which was being made at the same place at around the same time.
