Badge "Veteran Of Labour".

Here is the Badge "Veteran Of Labour" as awarded by the Seaport Of Zhdanov (now Mariupol). The seaport was famous for its shipyard. Being from an area around a seaport that had its own shipyard until 1986, I was rather interested in this but got quite a surprise. This is awarded for "20 years labour activities to Zhdanov Seaport".

The surprise was that this was awarded on 25th September 1973 to Pelageja Ivanova Puhova. Not for shipbuilding, not for working in freight but for 20 years as Nanny-Cleaner at Orphanage #3. Certainly not what you would expect from the design of the Badge. The stamp awarding the Badge is that of the Zhdanov Shipyard. Orphans of Shipbuilders?
