Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
During offensive operations Comrade Komissarov positions himself in the combat units. He conducted political work, motivating the soldiers and creating in them a hatred for the enemy. On the 14th under combat conditions, Comrade Komissarov conducted a series of [trans: word missing, but some kind of propaganda work], popularizing soldier-heroes. Everyone was energized to accomplish the combat mission.
