Here is the Jubilee Medal "70 Years Of Liberation Of The Republic Of Belarus From German-Fascist Invaders" (Юбілейнага Медаль «70 Год Вызвалення Рэспублікі Беларусь Ад Нямецка-Фашысцкіх Захопнікаў»). Founded on 10th January 2014. The third in the series.

I think it looks much better than a large percentage of modern veterans and commemorative medals.
The design elements seem to borrow heavily from Belarus 2004 20 Rouble coins. The medal obverse is basically a combination of these two coins, with the partisan image being mirrored :thumbsup

Here is an unissued Document stamped and signed by the Belarusian Ambassador To The State Of Israel.
