Honorary Title "Meritorious Trainer Of The Uzbek SSR".

Hello,

I got this one today, I think that it is Honored Trainer of Uzbek SSR, but I am not completely certain. Serial number is 962 stamped on the back. This one, and some of the Latvian ones I remember do not have a ribbon, but most of the other Honored XXXX badges from other republics seem to have a ribbon. Does anyone have anything else like this from Uzbek SSR?

Why do the honored Trainer badges for all the republics look completely different? Are they awarded by the Supreme Soviet or someone else? I believe they fit in the honored series, but there is something different about them.
