Badge "Bulgarian Armed Forces N.A.T.O.".
Here is the Badge "Bulgarian Armed Forces N.A.T.O.". Another rather obscure Bulgarian Badge.
As Bulgaria joined NATO on 29th March 2004 this Badge must date from no earlier than 2004. It is unknown if this was awarded to Bulgarian forces in celebration of joining NATO or as an award for participating in a NATO maneuver. As with many of Bulgaria's 21st century awards as it moves westwards the legend is in English.
