"Honour Badge" Union Of Bulgarian-Soviet Societies.

The golden box is a little different for a Communist nation.
It contains the Honour Badge of the Union Of Bulgarian-Soviet Societies. Their highest award for cooperation.

I believe this is a Type 2 as I think I've seen a screwback example (although that could have been an added to Membership Badge).
