Who/What is Umalatova?

The term "Umalatova", is used on this forum frequently. For those who may not be familiar with the term, it is in reference to a person. To be more specific, Sazhi Umalatova, a former Soviet parliamentarian and current leader of a marginal political group, the Party of Peace and Unity, which continues to reward the citizens of the USSR orders and medals in the name of the long-disbanded Soviet parliament. Back to the facts: This young lady wanted to kick out Gorbatschow from the Supreme Soviet just a few months before the "1991 Putsch" - so she is a very, very meritorious person. She is from Grozny and is invited frequently by such great nations like North Korea, ....

Comrade Sazhi Umalatova is 100 % o.k. - just remind the great number of SU-awards she issued - she is keeping up the tradition and that's important.

I was refering to the origional SU-awards (HSL, HSU ....) Umalatova is confering to outstanding people in the former SU.

But also the new awards are 10 times more tasteful as the "Mafia"-**** from the Russian government. BTW: Both award-lines are a shadow of the old SU-awards ....

I definitly prefer this idealistic "gang" to the normal mafia, nazi or whatsoever gangs in Russia.

Where did you find information about authentic HSU and HSL gold star medals awarded by Umalatova?

Why the Russian governement will sell them? :confused:

if you put "umalatova" into the GOOGLE-search-engine, than you will find newspaper articles (partly with photographs) showing and telling about happy people, who were awarded a HSU (general in Moldavia) and a HSL (politician in the Ukraine) personally from comrade Umalatova. There is a photograph of the guy with the new HSL and the award looks very authentic. I think our beautiful lady has excellent contacts to the mint: Buying the old SU-awards for good prices and let new "Umalatova"-awards beiing desingned and manufactured.

Comrade Umalatova is obviously using authentic SU-HSL-medals, as far as I can see and read.

The army-general from Modavia is of course from the Russian part of this country, who got the authentic HSU from Miss Umalatova. 2 other officiers got "Orders of Stalin" (Umalatove-awards) from her.

So the so called "Umalatova-Gang" awards both: Authentic SU-awards and Umalatova-awards.

I think from a pure and theoretical constitutional law viewpoint, the position of Sazhi Umalatova doesen't look so illegal, if you study the recent history of the SU-constitution, CIS-constitution and RF-constitution. What I want to say is, that a HSL awarded through Umalatova might have bigger value for the collecter, than maybe a HSL awarded through Gorbacev in 1990. Of course, a HSL from 1943 has a several time higher value.

What are you thinking about this?

I think that a HSL which was STOLEN from the mint and one awarded by Umalatova (if it is original!) have the same value - at least for me. I would not pay a dollar more for such a medal, and I definatly dissagree with the point that it is rarer than a legitimate award by USSR in 1990-1991.

If you will like the system - why don't you confered Suvorovs etc. in behalf of the Socialist republic of CHRISTIAN ZULUS (SRCZ)?

Sounds really great, like some "Bantu-state" in South Africa: A seperate state for all Zulu-people, who believe in Jesus Christ....

But you can not ignore hard constitutional facts in the history of Russia and the result is, that Miss Umalatova has some legitimation to award a HSL and nobody can deny this fact.

Why some much opposition against "Umalatova-Gang"? At least the bring a lot of collectibles at the market and maybe you will also get a HSL from comrade Umalatova as a "Meritorious Collector of SU-Awards and Distinquished Poster at Art's Forum" rather soon (but you will have to pay the bill at the mint for the golden star, I think).

Again: I think it is better to have all the activities of Umalatova's "Party for Peace and Unity", then to have them not and they have some legitimation for their activities.
