"Diploma Of The Exhibition".

I can ID one of them - it's a Ukranian VDHKh Diploma medal, and it's not from the Honored serie.

Considering how obscure these are and how prestigious an award it was, it is surprising that these only sell for $1-$3 now.

The value is really low and a complete set insignia+diploma is not often seen, mainly because dealers doesn't want to waste time on cheap items.
