Here is a Central Council Of Afghan Trade Unions Membership Badge. The Central Council Of Afghan Trade Unions existed from 1978 until 1990 (with Trade Unions being banned by the Taliban regime in 1992).

The Central Council was re-established as the Central Council Of Labour Union Of Afghanistan after the removal of the Taliban regime.

The "Central Council Of Afghan Trade Unions" is a bit long winded, so the Badge simple reads "Union Of Guilds Of Afghanistan".

The new Central Council's logo is a close take on the original Communist one.
