The description:
"Instituted: On 13th December 1950 Given to: workers for their achievements in industrial and social life of the country. Form:Circle shape with 32 mm diameter. Made of white metal. On the obverse man and woman holding a hammer and sickle,wheat and toothed circle in their hands the background is a five-angle star. All around them is written "For Labour Distinction". The ribbon is with five-angle shape covered in red with white line on the edges. Awarded: the first awarded Angel Pechev on 6 April 1951. "
