Here is a blank Ukrainian document to the 2010 Jubilee Medal which was issued in most of the C.I.S.. No doubt there are more blank documents than completed.

I got that medal not too long ago. I wanted it to continue my GPW anniversary collection and I like it. I expect more great things in 2015 :)

and I bet there will be an even greater percentage of blank certificates...... I wonder if the "Organisations" will gear up for annuals?

My example has just arrived. Made by the Ukrainian Mint. Indeed they used the same ribbon as the Capture of Berlin medal.

Here is #1661335 awarded to Jurij Mikolajovich Dergunov. He also received an OPW'85 so some of the blanks can be filled in.

I remember 5 years ago these were selling for ~$30 but now they are under a dollar. The same is happening with the 70th Medals. They were selling for $25+ earlier this year but are already down to $5 and will continue to slip like all the other mass awarded commemoratives.
