Badge "Honoured Railworker".

Here is one that breaks down many preconceptions of this award.
This should really be in the Republic Of Georgia section but continuing the study here is #182096 awarded on 31st August 1994 by the Ministry Of Railways of the Republic Of Georgia. Using up old Soviet stock rewarding workers of the Transcaucasus Railway. All references to the USSR on the booklet were removed.

Currently offered for sale in Tbilisi in a large (and very overpriced) lot. Otherwise I would be VERY welcoming of it.
