Short, concrete description of personal combat feat or merits:
Comrade Andreyev has been serving in the Red Army since 1919, has been occupying officer positions since 1920 and has been conducting higher military rear area activities since 1941.
He possesses a lot of practical experience in leading an army’s and front’s rear. During the training period prior to the offensive operations of this year’s summer he dedicated a lot of effort to training all services of the front’s rear for the offensive operations. Furthermore, significant reserves of all kinds of supplies were created.
During this year’s period of combat operations he skilfully led all branches of the rear, as a result of which the front’s combat units and formations are continuously being supplied with all things necessary.
He is a sophisticated and cultivated general who takes initiatives.

A nice medal, proving (once again) that not all long-service awards are boring. It is a shame, however, that the group has been broken up. But, then, if it were still together, a normal humam could not afford to acquire it. It would make for an interesting life-long reunification project, though.
