Commemorative Medal "40th Anniversary Of National Liberation".
Here is the Commemorative Medal "40th Anniversary Of The Anti-Fascist And Anti-Imperialist Revolutions Of Social And National Liberation" (Medalia Comemorativă "A 40-a Aniversare A Revoluţiei De LA Eliberare Socială Şi Naţionala Antifascistă Şi Antiimperialistă") founded in 1984.
This was awarded to Deputy General Manager, Ministry Of Light Industry Constantin Morarescu. Another of his awards can be found Here. Morarescu did not just fade away in 1989 and later became mayor of the village of Filipești.
