Seems to be "capturing group"

I'd rather say "Reconnaissance in force" or "Reconnaissance by fire" - I would guess it's the same as razvedka boyem (at least that was the Polish soldiers would learn on their Russian classes, although "silovaya" sounds closer to original English term)

"prisoner snatch group" sounds hilarious when put into the context of "Wentworth" (An Australian TV series that is a reboot of Prisoner Cell Block H for the older of us).

As is the 'к', and the 'л' in 'солдата'. Russian handwriting can be very peculiar...
