Badge "Exemplary Worker Of Public Security".

Hello all - I hope some members can assist me with a question. I am not sure if this is badge or medal, however I have this item that reads Vzorny Pracovnik VB along the front. Exemplary Worker VB, however I am not sure what VB stand for. Thanks for any assistance that can be provided.

Excellent badge. Just out of curiosity, what are the measurements? I ask because if it is as small as I think it is, the detail work on the central piece is impressive.

Noticed a white "blotch" at the bottom of the reverse... is there a number beneath that has been censored? Just curious.

Hello Phillip - Thanks for your follow up comments. The size of the badge width is 4.4CM. I hope that assists with your question.

Greg - Yes there is a serial number on the back of the badge that corresponds to a award document. I will have this badge with me when we see each other in May. :D
