Thank You Shocktrooper this forum is great I appreciate the feedback...Here is the front with different light from the family history I have documented evidence the former owner was a guest of the USSR on a National Academy of Sciences scholarly exchange program between the Soviet Union and the United States. He worked in the Soviet Union, Russia, China, and Kazakhstan at the time of the break up of the Soviet Republics.
