For Labour Distinction,U/N 1976,Ministry Of Agriculture

Here is Emilija Fritsevna Vejlands Medal "For Labour Distinction" Booklet dating from 17th January 1977 awarded by the Ukaz of 27th December 1976.

The 27th December 1976 Ukazes were for the advanced workers of the Ministry Of Agriculture. I believe more specifically for workers of the production, harvest and sale of crops. Going by the name it is more than likely that this was awarded for work around the Baltic coast.
