Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan People's Author".

Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan People's Author" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi' Xali'q Jazi'wshi'si'/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikası Xalıq Jazıwshısı/Қарақалпақстан Республикасы Халық Жазыўшысы).

This Title is the third highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’ Xali’q Jazi’wshi’si’» – a’debiyatti’ rawajlandi’ri’wda ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, xali’q ta’repinen ken’ tu’rde ta’n ali’ng’an belgili ko’rkem wo’ner shi’g’armalari’n do’retken jazi’wshi’larg’a, dramaturglerge, si’nshi’larg’a ha’m ilimpaz-a’debiyat izertlewshilerine beriledi."

I have only been able to identify Muratbay Ni'zanov (Муратбай Нызанов) and To'lepbergen Qayi'pbergenovlardi'n' as recipients of this Title to date (The latter is also a People's Author of the Republic Of Uzbekistan).
