Here is the Title "Republic Of Karakalpakstan People's Poet" (Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’ Xali’q Shayi’ri’/Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikası Xalıq Shayırı/Қарақалпақстан Республикасы Халық Шайыры).

This Title is the forth highest award of the award system of Karakalpakstan and was founded c1994. This is a Type 1 (Pre-2009 script).

The Title is awarded very sparingly and for the following merits;

"«Qaraqalpaqstan Respublikasi’ xali’q shayi’ri’» – a’debiyatti’ rawajlandi’ri’wda ayri’qsha xi’zmetleri bar, respublikada ha’m woni’n’ ti’sqari’si’ndag’i’ ken’ tu’rde ma’lim bolg’an belgili poetikali’q shi’g’armalar do’retken shayi’rlarg’a beriledi."
