Badge "Excellent Technical-Professional Education".
This one also just arrived. It is about 50 percent larger than the normal academy "rhombus" graduation badge and it is for excellence in education in the technical-professional (vo-tech?) field from Moldova SSR. The "RSSM" at the base of the seal threw me.
Not the kind of badge you see very often. Phillip Apologies about the flash on the cog and the pinkish color of what is an "off-white" color of the border and central images.
