Here, you can see the awardees as per Kuchma decrees... It seems that these awards are not given to anybody and for anything as it was the case with some soviet awards at a certain period.

I guess the pricing for Ukrainian awards is very expensive. I already looked for them in many Ukrainian cities and no dealers had even seen one.
