DOSAAF champion (radio operator)

Hi all in the forum, :D

may I ask you "anything" about this beautiful badge I have in my collection?
I've seen a similar one with a parachute, instead of the radio operator, I guess there's one for every technical sport that DOSAAF supported.

I am fond of badges and medals regarding radio and radiotelegraphy/wireless.
