Here's the group to Valentina Maksimova, an opera singer in Leningrad, who was awarded the Title of "People's Artist of the RSFSR". She was also awarded the Title of "Honored Artist of the RSFSR", which must have been a lower honor, given that it was silver and the People's Artist was gold!

The badge- front and reverse.

The two badges... The Honored Artist is silver and has the word "Zasluzhenni" in the place of "Narodni". Otherwise they are identical.
