Zdzisław Łosiak, Electrician Innovator And Company President, Researched.

Well, looks like I am the first to benefit from my own "lists": http://soviet-awards.com/forum/sovie...-database.html
, as this man was one of the innovators-KPBSE workers, so I can say that this (very incompleate) group has it's only award researched.

What is known about the recipient:
Zdzisław Łosiak had Master of Science degree in electricity. Between 1949 and 1954 he worked for the Kraków Project Bureau of Electric Lines, and during his work there, he proposed an innovation that granted him the "Production Rationalizer" badge.
He was a member of Society of Polish Electricians since 1950 and in 1967 he was the president of PBE Elbud - a company building all sorts of electric lines structures.

First let's take a look at the group and the badge.

The badge is the first, 1949 version - screwback, with no suspension. However, it's first class, so it's unsure if he got it for a project that will be described in a moment, or later, for a different project. Unfortunately, the badge's doc is not present, so I can't say when it was awarded.

Re: Researched! Zdzisław Łosiak, electrician innovator and company president

And here are the docs.
The first one is a Society of Polish Electricians at Main Technical Organization (SEP NOT) member's ID - gives info on membership since 1950 and marks the fees paid for the half of 1956.

The second one is an invitation for the celebrations of the "Energetitian's Day" from 1967 to a power plant in Konin. The invitation has two inlets for the sub-events.
Generaly, it invites him as a president of PBE Elbud to the official celebrations. The first inlet invites him to the presidium for the celebrations. The second inlet invites him with wife for the social meting on the very same day in Professional technical school in Konin. Apparently the invitation was numbered.
The back of the invitation gives information for the people comming for the celebrations.

And the "research":
Him, listed among the innovators of the KBPSE 1949-1954

A patent that granted him the title.
In short:
Optical blockade of the off-switches
He proposed that each section off-switch should be equipped with a bulb in green cover that will signalise that the off-switch can be turned without risk of malfunction (so if the bulb is off, the switch should not be turned).
