Penal Service Medal.
Ok, one more. This Penal Authority Service Medal, Silver grade, is interesting in that it is the last medal of the Hungarian Socialist government. It was established in 1989; a list of recipients was drawn up; the government changed; the new government decided to make the awards for the first, and last, time. Only 45 of the Silver grade were ever awarded.
