Jubilee Medal "20 Years Of The United Council Of Labour Collectives".
The OSTK, or United Work Collective Council, led the political movement for the separation of Transdniestria from Moldova. This award is usually seen in civilian form- with a rectangular metal suspension enameled with the national colours. In this example, it is rigged for military wear.
