Medical Uniform.
Heres a Russian federation uniform I have, at least I think it is.

It has medical collar devices and a medical qualification "wings", both Russian Federation.

Indeed, it is kinda modern I suppose, I was told Russian Federation uniform..
Its also got the eagle "duty and honor" with medics insignia. |
