2 uniforms... What are these?

These two jackets were thrown in in a medal deal. Any comments regarding what these are are most welcome. :thumbsup

The first one seems to have pre-1943 artillery collar tabs, but the jacket definately looks postwar. It doesn't have dates on the buttons or stamps. Is it a fantasy piece?
