Here is the Badge "Conference Of Writers Of Asia And Africa 1958". Given to delegates at the first conference in Tashkent UzSSR.

There were later conferences (The 5th in 1973 in Alma-Ata Kazah SSR) all showcasing the rather overlooked literature of Africa and Asia.
