SVAZARM or Union for Cooperation with the Army ( Czech: Svaz pro spolupráci s armádou / SVAZARM, Slovak: Zväz pre spoluprácu s armádou / ZVÄZARM), was, in Communist Czechoslovakia, the largest " paramilitary" organisation.
I am not 100% sure about it but if any members can help please do so

I have a documented one like that (but gold colored) awarded to a Mongolian. Will be posting in due course. Perhaps the document can provide some help!
