Badge "Honoured Builder Of Heavy Industry".

I found this for sale and I can't get a good enough look to tell what the badge should look like that would have been awarded with this booklet. Any thoughts? Is it the badge I posted with the booklet?

Phillip,

Although pretty similar, I do not believe that this is the right badge. The document is for an "Otlichnik builder" whereas the badge is "Honored builder".

It would stand to reason that the appropriate badge's appearance is impressed in the upper left hand corner of the document's cover.
