What kind of uniform is this?

Just picked this up at the SOS, and I must confess I don't know quite what it is... I've got a general idea, but I'd like to confirm it. Thoughts?

It looks like the uniforms that certain Ukrainian sellers sell on eBay, especially with those wound stripes. That was what first came into my mind when I saw it, but it may be a 100% correct uniform, I do not know.

I would be wary of this uniform. Although it looks ok (not including the wound stripes) there are a lot of these around now that are being faked.
The blue edging for this uniform along with the Justice Troop shoulder insignia suggests to me that it is a put together uniform. I used to have a whole bag full of old justice troop insingia as they seem to be widely available now for some reason.
How much does the seller want for the uniform?

I bought the uniform at the show, actually. I got it in a whole lot of various stuff at a guy's table as the guy was clearing out when the show was closing - I think the batch that I bought ranged from a WW2 US Navy pilot's photo to US Army overseas stripes to a British passport issued in South America to this jacket and a nice, legit WW2 officer's gymnastorka (price: $15). With the price I paid for the group, I think I paid $20 for this jacket, so I'm not out anything if it's bad. It just looked kind of odd and for the price, I couldn't pass it up. The wound badges do look kind of funky, but the rest of it (other than the ribbons, of course) looks legit - I just don't know what it is. I can post some more pictures up of it if you're interested.

As for what it is, it is a M1943 Officers (in this case Major) Mundir (tunic) for supposedly KGB although it could be airforce if the shade is light blue (sometimes photos can be misleading). The Justice Troop shoulder insignia seems a bit strange on here.

Not bad for $20 but this price would suggest that either the seller did not know what he had or indeed it is a fake item.

I tend to think it was the former - after all, the gymna I also bought was legit and priced at about 20% of what it should be valued at. He was shutting down and just wanted to clear out a bunch of stuff so he didn't have to pack it up and take it home. I'll probably strip and eBay the tunic and get my money back out of it. :D

As requested.... Price for the shirt: $15 (not including belt). The wound badges are right and the buttons are unmarked. I'm happy with it.

I have one very similar Dave. Dark olive colour with brass buttons. Did the shoulderboards come with it? Not bad for the price, you did well on that one!

I have yet to see a faked Gym but as they are so simple to make it would be hard to differentiate from a genuine one I suppose.

This is everyday Navy jacket. For some mysterious reason somebody put piping around cuffs and collar and put spools on the cuffs. What they were trying to portrait I have no idea. No such uniform ever existed.
