Commemorative Medal "40th Anniversary Of Liberation Of Ostrava By The Soviet Army".

comm.medal for the liberation of the city of ostrava by the red army in may 1945(in german ostrau) near the polish border wich is also the 3rd big city of the current czech rep.

40 vyroci osvobozeni ostravy sovetskou armandou 30.duben 1945
40th years freedom by the soviet army 30 april 1945.
makers name v pavlica in small letters on the center at right
as far as i have found out is was also given to some russian troops in that area in 1985
