Tseikhgauz Magazine

Does anyone know if the Russian military journal "Tseikhgauz" (Arsenal), is still published ?
It was, since 1991, published 4 times a year in Moscow.
An english translation existed at some times...

The content of the last known issue (#13) - November 2001 - is :

* Muscovite Tsar's "Select" regular regiments of 16th century
Author - Aleksandr Malov

*Military old times - Illustrated incidents in life in Cavalry barracks during reign of Tsar Paul I

*Corps of mining engineers in 18th century
Author - Leonid Shepelev

* 1812 Hero's gallery in the Hermitage Museum (Winter Palace)
Author - Aleksandr Kibovskii

* Elizabethgrad Hussar Regiment in the Hungarian Campaign of 1849
Author - Aleksandr Voronov

* Captured Cuirasses of the Pskov Dragoons (part 4)
Author - Aleksandr Kibovskii

* Russian mountain artillery piece in World War I
Author - Aron Sheps

* Red "Kaleidoskop in Civil War
Author - Aleksei Stepanov

* "St George Cross" on Soviet Uniforms - Biographical note on General-colonel K. P. Trubnikov
Author - Aleksei Proshlyakov

* Hat Emblems of the Naval Forces of the Russian Federation
Author - Aleksei Stepanov

Moreover, has anyone an idea where to find past issues copies (otherwise than in Moscow) ?

Like Eugene said, it's still being published, and in fact, you can actually get a foreign subscription to it. I know for the subscription (including postage to the US) it ran about $10 US per magazine, which I thought was a little steep.

Tsueghaus

Its a great magazine, the best for Russian items. The authors like Stepanov, and Tseplankov, are the most well versed int he world on these subjects. I have met and spoken with them in Moscow and they had real difficulty back in 1998-1999 keeping the magazine published. They put it on "hold" for about a year, but it came back in 2000 stronger than ever. In every issue there is at least one article worth the price. The magazing still loses money each month ( or whenever its published) and the guys who runa nd own it subsidize it by selling militaria at izmailova.
