The Hero of Cuba Gold Star has two types of suspension that i know of at the moment. the screwback and two pronged versions.

When I was in Cuba, I barely saw two officers in two weeks with some Lazaro Peña awards, and regular people and museum guides didn't even know Cuba had awards.

Any idea how many that's been awarded? I'm certain of 8 awarded, but it seems to be a lot more than we think.

Well in post 13 of this thread i have 20 recipients listed but i haven't updated that for a while. You can add Raul Castro to it though which makes 21 that i know of at the moment.
