Unified Socialist Youth Membership Badge.
This time it's from Uruguay. They are exact copies of the early (same period as these) VLKSM badges with slight modifications. It's not too surprising that the organization would run into problems with teenagers being suddenly indoctrinated into someone else's culture. After all, we aren't talking about Bulgarians here.;)*
