Medal "90 Years Of The School "Shot"".

Here is Medal "90 Years Of The School "Shot"". This Medal is of such high quality and also mint marked that it is difficult to think that this was issued by some tinpot organisation. Unfortunately the source is unknown but I would not be surprised if this was issued by a Governmental Department or Agency.
