Here is the Badge "Participant In The Reconstruction Of Leninakand". Awarded to workers of the Design And Construction Association "ArmJugStroj" of the Ministry Of Construction Of The Southern Regions Of The RSFSR. The Badge was founded in 1989 and contrary to some misinformation this is not an Armenian award but a RSFSR Ministerial Award.
