Graduation Badge.
This is a crop from a picture I have of my great-grandfather. I'm trying to figure out what the two things near his right breast pocket are. Can anyone help me? :)
EDIT: A friend of mine who is into militaria things found me a badge that could be one of the things near the right breast pocket. That badge would be the Imperial State University graduate badge.
